Our MOQ starts from 300 pieces per style for ODM, 500 pieces per style for Custom Development, and 1,000 pieces per style for OEM manufacturing. The right option depends on how much customization your collection requires.
Sample production typically takes 10–15 days, depending on the design complexity and revision requirements. The timeline starts after the sample details, materials and development requirements are confirmed.
Bulk production lead time depends on the service level and project complexity. As a general guide, ODM orders typically take 45–60 days, Custom Development 50–65 days, and OEM projects 65–85 days from development start to shipment. We confirm the production timeline for each order before bulk production begins.
Yes. We offer three ways to work with us: ODM & Private Label (start from our designs), Custom Development (adapt a proven pattern), and OEM Manufacturing (develop from your own design or tech pack). Our team can support pattern development, sampling, technical details and product development throughout the process.
Our standard payment term is 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. Payment methods and terms may vary by order size, client relationship and project requirements. Please contact us for details.
Yes. Our ODM & Private Label service supports custom brand labels, hang tags, care labels, packaging bags and boxes. You can start with one of our ready-to-brand designs and customize the branding and packaging for your collection.
We follow a five-stage quality control process covering material inspection, cutting precision, in-line production checks, final inspection and packaging control. Depending on the product and production partner, relevant inspection reports and compliance documentation can be provided on request.
Yes. Depending on the project, we can source sustainable fabric options such as recycled nylon and recycled polyester, including ECONYL® where available. Material availability depends on the production partner, fabric specification and order requirements.
